POSITIONS
We are currently recruiting 2–3 Postdoctoral Fellow (2026 intake) and 1 master student.

I. Postdoctoral Fellow Requirements
1. A Ph.D. (awarded or imminent) in neuroscience, neurology, molecular biology, or a closely related discipline.
2. Demonstrated expertise in cell/molecular biology techniques (e.g., primary neuronal/glial cell culture, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and advanced microscopy).
3. Extensive experience with animal models, surgeries, and behavioral assays.
4. Proficiency in electrophysiological techniques (preferred).
5. Strong organizational and collaborative skills, with fluency in scientific writing in English.
6. Integrity, accountability, and dedication to scientific excellence.
II. Compensation and Benefits
1. Postdoctoral fellow
(1) Competitive annual salary of CN¥450,000 (pre-tax, including social insurance and housing fund).(2) Shenzhen talent housing (two-bedroom, 80 square meters) is provided, along with assistance in resolving spousal employment and children's schooling.
(3) Eligible for multiple postdoctoral funding programs, including national pre- and post-station funding, Guangdong Province Overseas Postdoctoral Talent Program (CN¥600,000), and Shenzhen Postdoctoral Talent Program (CN¥300,000).
(4) Outstanding postdoctoral fellows may be recommended for further training at international high-level laboratories. Exceptional candidates may be directly recommended for senior positions at Sun Yat-sen University.
(5) Postdoctoral fellows staying in Shenzhen after completing their term may qualify for Shenzhen research startup funding (CN¥300,000), Guangming District Class C Talent, and Guangming District Talent Subsidy (CN¥450,000-600,000).
